Beef Teriyaki

Ingredients
- 2 lbs sirloin or round steak, sliced into 1/4 inch wide strips
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 cup soy sauce, or tamari for gluten free
- 1 Tbsp honey
Instructions
TO COOK RIGHT AWAY
- Place in a slow cooker and cook on low for 4-5 hours until meat is cooked through and tender.
TO MAKE AS A FREEZER MEAL
- Label a gallon sized freezer bag. Place all ingredients in the bag. Remove as much air as possible. Freeze.
TO COOK FROM FROZEN
- Thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Place in a slow cooker and cook on low for 4-5 hours until meat is cooked through and tender.
- Serve over rice with steamed vegetables.
