Beef and Pork/ Freezer Meal/ Low Carb/ Slow Cooker

Beef Teriyaki

Total Time: 4 hours 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs sirloin or round steak, sliced into 1/4 inch wide strips
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce, or tamari for gluten free
  • 1 Tbsp honey

Instructions

TO COOK RIGHT AWAY

  1. Place in a slow cooker and cook on low for 4-5 hours until meat is cooked through and tender.

TO MAKE AS A FREEZER MEAL

  1. Label a gallon sized freezer bag. Place all ingredients in the bag. Remove as much air as possible. Freeze.

TO COOK FROM FROZEN

  1. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Place in a slow cooker and cook on low for 4-5 hours until meat is cooked through and tender.
  2. Serve over rice with steamed vegetables.
